We have created this Privacy Policy because we highly evaluate your Personal Data and information. Please read it, as it includes important information in respect of your Personal Data and information. e. Statistics: Any Personal Data provided to us by you may be used by us for statistic reports containing aggregated information.

f. Face Data and AI Processing

- Our application may analyze your uploaded photos to detect the presence of a face in order to enable AI-powered features such as video generation, beauty enhancements, or other image effects. We do not collect, store, or process biometric identifiers or detailed facial geometry.

- Face detection is performed only to confirm the presence of a face and apply visual effects.

- No face data is shared with third parties.

- All processing happens in temporary memory and the data is discarded immediately after the AI feature is generated.

- We do not retain, profile, or use face data for identification, authentication, or advertising purposes.

g. Face Data Retention (scope and rationale)

- Beautification features (on-device only): Face data remains solely on your device within the app or the media you save, and it exists only for as long as you keep that content or the app itself. This retention is necessary to allow you to view, re-edit, and reuse your creations without reprocessing. When you delete the content or uninstall the app, the related face data is removed from your device.

- AI video/image features (temporary server-side processing): For the purpose of rendering and delivering the requested AI video/image, your uploaded photo and the transient processing artifacts are stored on our secure server only during processing. Once the final output is successfully generated and you download it to your device, all related face data and processing files are immediately and permanently deleted from the server.

- Abandoned/failed jobs: If processing is interrupted, fails, or the user does not complete the download, we automatically delete the uploaded face data and processing artifacts from the server within 24 hours at most. This maximum retention window is strictly for operational reliability (e.g., job retry, delivery assurance) and is the minimum period reasonably necessary to complete or recover the requested processing. We do not store face data indefinitely.

2. Non-Personal Data

Since Non-Personal Data cannot be used to identify you in person, we may use such data in any way permitted by law.

General Terms for Data Transfer

Please be advised as your Personal Data may be kept, processed or transferred to servers located outside the country that you live in. we shall keep records of all activities relevant to Personal Data transfer, as required by the GDPR. We shall only transfer your Personal Data to companies that apply to the conditions set forth in the GDPR, subject to your consent to this Privacy Policy.

Duration of Data Retention

We shall retain your Personal Data and activity logs for at least 24 months after the last time you accessed the Services, unless you specifically request us to delete your Personal Data earlier, in such case we will delete it as requested.

d. Statistics – We may disclose Personal Data for purpose of production of statistic reports containing aggregated information, which would be transferred to third parties in order to promote the Platform.
